Drops & Hiatus

There are a variety of options for dropping and hiatus in Pyrite, some of these options can be 'unlocked' through IC plot progression.

Hiatus

You can hiatus, no questions asked, for one month at any time. This allows you to not worry about AC for that month.

Task: Doing a task for your god – this will be something within their domain that is menial labor, probably very repetitive and for their troubles your character will get a copper coin.
Task (Bad):Doing a task for your god (derogatory) – this will be something within their domain that is dangerous and for their troubles your character will get a few copper coins.

Drops

"Bad End" Drop:

Jar (Bad): Your god puts you in a jar and keeps you in the jar. There is no communication with outside world. There is no guarantee your character will get free or get their wish in endgame.
Death: You die and no one revives you/your god refuses to revive you. Uh, you're dead. You no longer can play this character and they will probably not get to participate in endgame because they are dead.

"Neutral End" Drop:

Oops!: The transference of their full selves to the stasis just doesn't stick! Mysterious, no one knows why. Your character returns to wherever the god picked them up from, without the effect of their small wish/small sacrifice, and a voided contract in their hands. Only available if a character is dropped within the first four OOC weeks of play.
Jar (Sleep): Their brand is wearing out for some reason and the god puts them in a special stasis jar. They are basically asleep/in a coma until they are released from it/they have stabilized. They do not get their wish (unless they rejoin the game later).

"Good End" Drop:

Victory!: You get your wish and leave. You have performed the adequate amount of sacrifice and are sent back to your world. This is not available until the endgame.
